My special guest this week is Daisy Bravo. Daisy Bravo is the founder of Strong Moms Fitness. For over 20 years she has dedicated her life to helping women reach their health and fitness goals. Daisy understands the frustration and fears women have during pregnancy and the concerns of being a new mom. She has coached and supported many women to prepare for birth safely. Daisy uses corrective exercise to help rehabilitate and bring women back to sports post-pregnancy as well. Her approach to health and fitness includes butt-kicking exercise, education, motivation, and body image work.
Daisy also hosts a podcast called The Strong Mom's Fitness where topics cover everything from health and wellness to nutrition. Daisy specializes in pregnancy and postpartum issues and even though much of her podcast material is geared towards that, her podcast provides valuable information for anyone interested in health and fitness.
